The Jim and Carol Trawick Foundation funds programs and activities that are primarily located in Montgomery County, Md. and benefit Montgomery County residents.

Programs in the Health and Human Services arena should assist the most vulnerable in the community and those that have the least access to resources. The program must benefit Montgomery County residents, meet a demonstrated community need, be well-planned and ready to proceed and have well-defined outcome measures. Preference will be given to those programs that demonstrate evidence of collaboration with other community groups and evidence of organizational capacity for grants management.
